Westmount mayor used ‘disrespectful’, ‘uncivil’ language towards staff: commission
The Quebec Municipal Commission has cited Westmount Mayor Michael Stern for breaching ethics rules and acting “disrespectful” and “uncivil” on several occasions towards staff.
